FINAL Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Report
The purpose of this report is to: (1) evaluate the potential for future vapor intrusion into buildings so that site redevelopment planners can make intelligent design decisions, and (2) recommend effective building construction methods to ensure that future users will have no concerns about indoor air quality.

SWMU 4.2 Soil Investigation and Evaluation
After receiving DTSC comments on the original draft report, an update was submitted to recommend closure of SWMU 4.2 (the former West Basin) by backfilling with clean soil. After the closure plan is approved by DTSC and the area is returned to natural grade, future plans include a possible walking trail along the San Joaquin River and Little Break. No other redevelopment activities are planned for this area.

Scoping-Level Ecological Risk Assessment (SLERA) Report Executive Summary
The scoping level ecological risk assessment characterizes ecological communities in the water bodies surrounding the site.  The assessment identifies constituents of potential ecological concern (COPECs) in physical media using conservative ecological screening benchmarks and is intended to provide input for the ecological risk management decision-making process at the site.

DFA1 Soil RFI Report: Executive Summary
This report addresses the soil investigation results for the 26.6-acre area designated as Development Focus Area 1 (DFA1). Current plans are to use DFA1 for offices, parking, and temporary materials storage during construction of a power plant on adjacent property owned by DuPont. After power plant construction is complete, this area will be available for development.

Plume 1 Northwest Hydrogeologic Characterization Report Executive Summary
The Plume 1 Northwest (NW) Hydrogeologic Characterization Report presents Surficial and Upper Aquifer data associated with Plume 1 specifically in the area adjacent to the E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) northwestern property boundary.  These data were gathered during an investigation conducted as part of the Phase 2 Groundwater RFI at the Oakley Site.

Phase 3 Surface Water and Sediment RFI Report Executive Summary
The Phase 3 Surface Water and Sediment RFI characterized the surface water and sediments in the San Joaquin River in the vicinity of the former National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)-permitted outfall.  Data gathered will also be used to satisfy the requirements for closure of the outfall.  Further, data resulting from this investigation will be added to other site data to focus future phases of investigation, where necessary.  Surface water data was collected in the San Joaquin River as part of the ongoing surface water monitoring program from 2000 through 2006 (including historical sampling in 2000 and 2001). The sediment data was collected from the area surrounding the former NPDES-permitted outfall.

Phase 2 Membrane Interface Probe (MIP) Investigation Report Executive Summary
This report summarizes the field activities during and results of the Phase 2 MIP investigation that was conducted as part of the Phase 2 Groundwater RFI.  The Phase 2 MIP investigation provided key data to guide placement of additional groundwater monitoring wells.

Predictive Ecological Risk Assessment, Central Slough and Surrounding Uplands Executive Summary
The Predictive Ecological Risk Assessment for the DuPont Oakley Site incorporates information from previous site investigations including the Phase 1 Central Slough Investigation and the Phase 1 Soils RFI Report and focuses on the areas in and around the Central Slough and Central Slough Channel.

Phase 2 Surface Water and Sediment RFI Report
This report summarizes surface water investigations in Little Break as part of the ongoing surface water monitoring program.  Two major tasks were involved in this phase of work: (1) review of surface water data in Little Break to evaluate surface water quality and potential contaminant migration pathways; and (2) collection and analysis of benthic flux chamber water samples from Little Break to evaluate sub-surface water quality and characterize potential groundwater contaminant migration pathways.

Phase 1 Soil RFI Report: Executive Summary
The objective of the Phase 1 Soil RFI was to characterize the nature and extent of constituent releases and the potential human-health risks to support the future redevelopment of the Oakley Site as a business park with a mix of industrial, commercial, and retail uses.

Phase 1 Groundwater Interim Measures Work Plan: Introduction
This work plan presents the justification and design for the full-scale permeable reactive barrier (PRB) installed at the Oakley Site in 2005. This passive PRB wall was installed across a portion of the Oakley site to reduce the levels of volatile organic compounds in Plume 1 groundwater.
